With more than twenty years of hospitality experience across Italy and the United States, Fabrizio Gallina has built longstanding relationships with independent wineries and family estates whose wines rarely follow the path of mass distribution.
His approach is highly personal. Each tasting, allocation and featured producer is selected not simply for reputation, but for character, craftsmanship and the story it brings to the table.
